TUITION SCHEDULE
FIVE DAY (M-F) FLEXI-SESSION- $850.00 (an abbreviated program with integration into ongoing schedule)
One Month- $1850.00
Two Full Months- $2750.00
Three Full Months- $4150.00
Four Full Months-$5350.00
Extra weeks beyond each one month increment but less than next full month: $600.00 per each week (2 weeks (M-F) = $1200.00; 3 weeks $1800.00)

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
1. A Slot/Reservation deposit of $500.00 must be made within 7 days of being accepted into the program.
2. A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT MUST BE MADE 12 WEEKS PRIOR TO MONTH of START DATE* THE REMAINING FEE MUST BE PAID 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL AND IS ALSO NON-REFUNDABLE
COURSE MATERIALS ARE EXTRA (see above). Should applicant not be able to attend after paying the deposit for any reason student has the choice of enrolling in the next program year or apply paid fee to non-residential distance-based or certification program (if eligible).
***25% total tuition discount for full payment in advance (10% discount for 50% payment in advance: available only if taken advantage of before January 1st at the latest)
A 15% tuition discount for full payment in advance is also available up until March 1

2. BOOKS and DVD must be ordered with deposit; in addition Interns and Fellows must take the ABSP-BRC Internet-based neurocognitive and psychological tests prior to arrival: contact: [email protected] (ask for test code and password)
CERTIFICATE of COMPLETION will be earned and counted toward ABSP Certification (1 week = 25% of ABSP practicum requirements; Three months leads to completion of full ABSP Certification; didactic components-FINAL PROJECT still required). Participants who are interested in completing certification
must enroll in this tuition-based program (the summer program tuition does not cover the certification program tuition, they are separate programs).
Research Fellows and Interns must be available to carry out all obligations to the program, teams, athletes and coaches that are participating in it (as clients and research participants). This is a full time program and includes weekend and holiday activities if our athletes are competing. Attempts will be made to afford participants days off (1 or 2 per week) depending upon athlete schedules and the number of interns-fellows in the program. EXPECT TO DO INDEPENDENT DATA ANALYSIS OUTSIDE OF PROGRAM CONFINES
Employment outside the context of the ABSP programs is only permissible with the written approval of Dr. Carlstedt (employment cannot conflict with program schedule). Selected applicants are expected to devote themselves entirely to the ABSP program for the time that they are enrolled.
ABSP will attempt to assist with the procurement of housing but ultimately it is the responsibility of interns and fellows to secure their own accommodations. Transportation to activity and training venues and to New York City is also the responsibility of interns and fellows (rides can sometimes be arranged).
Dr. Carlstedt and the American Board of Sport Psychology are not responsible for any injury or illness incurred while in the program and all participants should have health insurance. If you suffer from a chronic illness please consider that the program can be stressful, is often carried out during high heat and humidity; we need a commitment to attending 100% of all sessions. If you are heat sensitive the program may be too physically demanding.
I hereby authorize the American Board of Sport Psychology to make inquiries regarding the contents of this application. I certify that all the statements made herein are true and accurate to the best of my knowledge and belief. I fully understand the payment requirements and that all tuition and fees are non-refundable. I agree to the above conditions and requirements and will adhere to them. I agree that I am fully responsible for my actions while in the program and that Dr. Carlstedt and the American Board of Sport Psychology are not liable for any injury, illness or other negative events that may occur during my time in the program.
